Allergoscreen LLP processes personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.

What data we collect

Contact details left via the feedback form (name, phone, email).
Messages sent in the website chat widget.
Technical browser data (User-Agent, IP) — for spam protection and analytics.
Cookies — only for the chat to work and for basic traffic analytics.

How we use the data

To contact you at your request (call, WhatsApp / Telegram message), answer a question about a test, and pass your request to a lab operator. Data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes; sharing is limited to engaged processing partners (for example, the chat-assistant service — see the section below) and to cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Medical results

Test results are delivered EXCLUSIVELY via the secure portal allergoscreen.bregis.kz using patient identification (IIN + patient code). We never send results through open channels (WhatsApp / Telegram / email).

Engaged partners, cross-border transfer and automated (AI) / cloud processing

To run the website chat assistant and to handle enquiries we engage processing partners that use automated (including AI-based) and cloud services. This may involve cross-border transfer of personal data. Processing is carried out on behalf of Allergoscreen LLP and only to the extent needed to answer your request.

The messages you type into the website chat are processed by an AI assistant and the cloud service of an engaged partner (SIPmind, sipmind.net). Do not enter sensitive data in the chat; test results are never sent to the chat — only the secure personal account is used for them.

Withdrawing consent

Consent to the processing of personal data — including its cross-border transfer and processing using automated (AI) and cloud services of engaged partners — may be withdrawn at any time by calling +7 702 478 65 68. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal was received or processing carried out on other lawful grounds.
