Why we exist
Most allergy labs in Kazakhstan work only with standard IgE panels — pollen, common foods, animal epithelium. If a patient reacts to a specific drug, material or anaesthetic — such labs simply don't exist.
We founded Allergoscreen to close this gap. Our imasa ELISA methodology tests your body's reaction to ANY substance you bring. Later we added the ALEX-300 molecular panel and the autoimmune diagnostics block (IIF, immunoblot) — so a patient can complete the full diagnostic journey in one place.
We accept OSMS, work walk-in, first-come-first-served. Results — through a secure patient portal.

ALEX-300 (MADx)
Allergy Explorer 3 — molecular multiplex panel testing 300 allergen components. No need to stop antihistamines.
Autoimmune diagnostics
IIF screening + confirmatory immunoblots + quantitative ELISA. Turnaround 1–3 working days.
imasa ELISA — proprietary patented technology
The imasa ELISA method (testing for IgE specific to non-standard allergens — native substances and medications in any form) is invented and patented. Allergoscreen LLP is the sole exclusive distributor of the method across the Eurasian region.

Laboratory accreditation
Allergoscreen Laboratory is accredited by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and operates within the state mandatory medical insurance system (OSMS).
